"Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. "Property in and of itself is clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Pools are nice. Palmas Del Mar, which is the development it's on has a nice courtyard area with 5-6 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a little convenience store. The only downside, juat so you are aware, is the beach. It's effectively unuseable. Sargasso seaweed, direct large waves, rugged. (Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty but if you have kids and the thought is utilizing the beach. It's going to be a challenge."

"The hotel must be very new because everything is in great condition. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, and outdoor furniture was again in excellent condition. The entire property was thoughtfully designed and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have a chair and desk in the room. Sound insulation was not good but 9pm-7am are quiet hours and the staff were ready to enforce it.
