"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. "A hotel inside an international airport can come in two flavors. Brilliant… or not. The San Juan is not.
Some of the staff try hard to be friendly. Some are outright belligerent. The sixth floor requires a change of elevators. The expensive king-bed room is tiny. No place to lay out your your kit for the morning prep.
The restaurant? Surely staff. Beer can be $18 a glass. Food is, at best, bar happy hour snack food.
Breakfast is on the Motel-six standard. Filling. No more.

"Stayed in a King Ocean view room - the view was gorgeous, the room was clean and cleaned every day, the pool and hot tub were great. We ate at all of the restaurants and didn't have a bad meal (one was kinda slow but Island Time is a real thing). All of the staff were very friendly and outgoing and helpful. We loved it and would go back in heartbeat. "

"We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. "

"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!!

"The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation.
