"The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. "

"Outdoor pool area was great/clean. Fire pits were an excellent touch. My only knocks would be that they don’t let you bring drinks from the hotel bar to the casino even though the two are roughly 100’ apart and the casino is smokey. I didn’t think the hotel was, but the casino has a stale smoke smell and there’s always a cloud in the air. And the gal guarding against drinks going from one area to the other mights as well have been guarding the Berlin Wall—her customer service was terrible."

"Problem was getting into room. First room door wouldn't open. Clerk said that was a bad one. If you knew it was bad, then why was I given room. Second room couldn't get the door open. Clerk came with me and said you have to pull the door before pushing it open. Worked after several tries. Same issue getting out of the room. Had to push door before pulling it open. Dangerous in case of emergency."

"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"I was there 4 days and never saw the cleaning staff. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it,I reported it said they would replace it never did. Had to ask for towels , toilet paper, tissue, soap. I thought the Hilton was better than this"
