"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."

"Let me preface this review by saying we checked in to this property at the end of hoopfest, so maybe that was a factor. The lobby was nicely designed and relatively clean, though the garbage cans were full and the glass entrance was very smudgy. We waited over 20 mins to check in. Once we got into our room it smelled prominently of dog and the room wasn’t as clean as I expected based on the reviews we read. "Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"This hotel is in a busy area. Lots of street traffic and parking could be an issue if arriving late. Good value, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you may want to look at another neighborhood."

"Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating."

"It was very clean. The only thing that could be improved is the bed. It was so uncomfortable and hard and lumpy. Better quality on beds. The breakfast service staff was very put out when I let her know the waffle maker was out of batter, she rolled her eyes at me. Then I had to let her know there was no milk for cereal. When she returned with the milk, I said thank you an there was no response. She was clearly not happy to help others."

"First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

"It was in a good location. A little run down, but clean. The parking lot was very small. The room was nice, ok for a night. Strong lotion smell in our room and the hotel had a cleaning smell."

"Staff was very helpful and it was very quiet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The stairs do not go up to the breakfast floor though."
