"The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay."

"La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."

"La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. "Cuando llegamos no sabían de nuestra reservación. Nos gusto mucho la piscina. La fiesta del viernes estuvo muy alegre con música en vivo. Nuestra habitación con la minirefri nos ayudo mucho para las cosas de nuestra bebita. El desayuno incluido era huevo con frijoles, queso, crema, tortillas y fruta, que no estaba mal, pero al 2do día ya no tenían fruta y si queriamos pedir algo mas no había nada, ni licuados, ni yogurt, algo fresco para ese calor, estoy diciendo algo extra que hubiéramos pagado, pero no había nada y al preguntar la persona que nos atendió nos hablo muy pesado. Esa misma persona pesada cuando se le pidió jabón para la habitación contesta pésimamente."
