"The room was very nice and clean! We were upgraded which was so lovely of the hotel which was another reason for us to want to return. The spa facilities were perfect, made us feel very zen and ready for the day ahead. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice of both hot and cold food and nice that you could just help yourself. "The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the price. "

"Breakfast choice was excellent and beautiful presented. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our bedroom was very comfortable ,well furnished and lovely bathroom. We know refurbishing has to be done , unfortunately we looked through the scaffolding at the lovely Lake view but staff and the delicious breakfast compensated . we will return. "
