"Upon entering the room we found a used wash rag with hair on it. I don't think the bathroom was clean. I found long hair on the front of the toilet. .I told the lady at the front desk. She asked me if I wanted her to take it out. Why would I want it someone's dirty linen in our shower? She finally came and got it an hour later. She didn't even use gloves. . The rest of the room seemed ok.
She never offered me anything but more wash cloths.
