"I had booked the wrong day, staff was amazing fit me in and was ever so sweet about it. Room was equipped with white noise machines so you not on;y had the best location but because you were close to a main highway there was no noise to keep you up. Steps away from Riverfront and also the main marketplace area! Loved it!"

"Loved this hotel. Customer service was outstanding, including the staff in the restaurant and valet. Had an amazing view of the river and the room was quiet and clean. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable but everything was just kinda average. Customer service was not the best, the view sucked and the valet was awful the day we checked out. Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone. I had to tell him I requested my car."

"They should invest in a vacuum cleaner. I picked stables off of room floor and hallways were dirty and not vacuumed.. Newer building but needs a thorough cleaning. "

"I travel often and to Savannah frequently, but hands down this was the WORST stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The room smelled like mold and the toilet had a small leak. The phones do not work There’s a 25 dollar resort fee. I do t mind the fee when there’s something worthwhile to use it. We were given two free drink tokens, limited types that the token covers. I believe it was 875 value. There was “fruit and coffee for morning The elevator system was beyond explanation. Go to 5th floor to go to 3. From the arrival which was on a closed road to the end, there is nothing at all special except location. "

"A large comfortable suite. The room was not only spacious but very clean with the convenience of a refrigerator and a sink. The bath products were top notch. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Definitely pet friendly and,woukd consider staying again. Excellent location near the city market. Had breakfast one day and it was well prepared. The car valet service was efficient and helpful in helping us get into the vehicle when necessary."
