"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Spent a week at the Canary Wharf Apartments. Low key area for relaxing with convenient dinning and pub options, and easy walk to larger Canary Wharf action. Steps away from LDR with easy commute into city. Clean, updated and well-equipped living space and good communication with owners. Would stay again."
