Very nice hotel a short walk from Stratford train station and Westfield shopping centre. Friendly reception with free welcome drink which was appreciated. A really nice room with excellent, quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed. The only negative was bar staff were more interested in their phones than serving customers but this seems to be the norm in England so not unique to this hotel.

The hotel itself is really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was dated. The tv didn't change chanels. The bathroon sink doesn't rinse away properly and the shower head kept rotating when you were trying to have a shower. It really needs replacing.

I was delighted with my stay here. I only stayed for one night, but I was allowed to check in early, as a room was available, and they kept my luggage for me after checkout, as I had a late flight. The room was lovely, with a very comfy bed, and block out curtains, I had one of the best sleeps I've had in ages! I'm very glad that I chose to stay here, and would happily stay again!
