"The staff were briliant. Particularly Roman on reception, who went to great lengths to ensure I got a room I was happy with. Warm, friendly and efficient. The hotel is lovely. Clean and tidy - and a great view over the Thames to the o2. Thanks for a good stay"

"Great room, quiet with no noise from the airport. Hotel in great condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a take-away option provided. Will definitely stay here again as so convenient to be able to walk to the airport mostly under cover."

"Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. "

"Only a flying visit, I'm afraid, so no chance to sample the wellbeing facilities, but the hotel itself is fantastic. If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. Quirky and fun decor, quietly attentive and friendly staff, really nicely appointed, comfortable rooms - and a killer Negroni in the bar. At this price point, it is excpetional. I'll be back,,, "

"Good, clean, welcoming hotel. Food was great. Hotel was busy, but staff were attentive. didn't have breakfast as had a 6 am flight out of London City."

"We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "
