"This was a marvelous B&B and we loved it. It is a charming inn with an incredible vast curated collection of art throughout the property. Frederico was a wonderful host. The property is old and that is part of the charm, it is not sleek or modern although all of the amenities are new and worked perfectly (fridge, stove, washer/dryer, bathroom). "Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."

"Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Only Stayed for a night before getting on a cruise. They provide a shuttle service to the port at a charge which was very helpful. Breakfast was mostly continental, but great. Rooms were nice and clean, lovely big windows. Nearby bus service to get you into town, but was running every 30 mins or so when I was there. Would use again."

"The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. The description says there's laundry facilities but the man on night duty said there isn't. He mentioned about a laundromat two blocks away and it was great. The...
