"The apartment was just as described. Very quaint and had special touches added. Slippers and clean towels on all the beds, different coffees, teas, and drinks in the refrigerator. They also arranged to let us keep luggage at office and transported to the apartment since we arrived before the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was about a 15-20min walk from the train station. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The area seemed safe with great access to the public transportation system. The room was clean."

"Perfect location for the Colosseum and Forum. Easy access to the Metro to reach other areas like the Vatican. Excellent nearby restaurants, which are good value, even those adjacent to the sites, that was a surprise! The hotel is great, our executive room was marvellous, spacious, clean and importantly quiet. Effective blackout curtains and air con. In room safe was excellent and sturdy. Breakfast was generous and all encompassing of any taste. You can look at the Colosseum from the roof top...

"Perfect location! We were able to stop back to relax or cool off multiple times during the day white exploring Ancient Rome! Francesco was very responsive with any questions we had and made some great food recommendations. We specifically enjoyed La Taverna dei Monti that he suggested. Ils n’ont pas de petit déjeuner mais c’est indiquer lors de la réservation et ils mettent à disposition gratuitement café, thé, gâteaux, jus etc. Le seul bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation des chambres mais ça ne dérange pas plus que ça. "Stayed overnight before our flight the next day. Pros: 1. It is very close to the Colosseum. The doorway is literally right in front of it and you will be greeted with the amazing view. 2. There is an elevator and it is one of the older ones, and very charming. 3. Staff was friendly and responsive, and very detailed about how to get in the property, include also restaurant, grocery and pharmacy recommendations. 4. Close to the train station. 5. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was small...

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb! "

"This hotel has a great location, just minutes from the Colosseum. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby with great public transport links. The room was very clean and well maintained, although the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. 😕 Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar are an added bonus, with spectacular views. Highly recommended if you are looking for a central location in Rome."

"The room and building we clean and I felt safe. The building is beautiful. The pull out sofa was terrible and extremely uncomfortable. I had a bar going through my back and we had to sleep with our heads at the foot end of the couch. Otherwise, the angle of the bed was towards the head so our feet would’ve been raised had we slept on it properly The AC didn’t work well it wouldn’t cool the room it was incredibly warm out at 29° C and inside as well and you couldn’t open windows it was too...

"This was a wonderful place to stay! A big, clean room and bathroom, an excellent breakfast included, helpful staff and a very convenient location near a subway line and near the Colosseum and other sites. I’d stay here again!"
