Excellent nearby restaurants, which are good value, even those adjacent to the sites, that was a surprise! "Booked through Expedia and received a very low end room even though I was informed I would receive an upgrade with a bottle of sparkling wine. The room was bare with a tiny window, cracks in bathroom ceiling. I had to ask for my wine. Duvet was stained with large yellow areas of discoloration and what looked like lip stick or blood."

"It was about a 15-20min walk from the train station. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The area seemed safe with great access to the public transportation system. The room was clean."

"This is perfect place to stay close to Coloseum - only 5 minut walk. The check in process is unconventional - the desk is not staffed most of the day and you have to communicate via WhatsApp. The AC worked fine but it started making some noise on our last night. The one thing that needs to be looked into is the shower - poor draining and water goes from super hot to cold on it own intermittently. If that is fixed, I would stay there again."

"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. "This is the best bang for your buck. Rooms were fair size, very very clean. Staff were very helpful (even helped with restaurant suggestions, and they were right the food was amazing where they suggested) air conditioned. Location was perfect. 8 minute walk from train station, 15 minutes to the fountain and 8 minutes from the colosseum. We will 100% stay here when we come back."

"Excellent location for most of the central attractions in Rome as most of them are walkable. Hotel is really clean and the mosaics on the floors and walls are stunning. This was our second stay at this hotel and would defo consider it again for whenever we go back.
