Nice guesthouse

Very nice guesthouse in a nice part of town. Colosseum just down the street. Very friendly host! Nice and clean room. Would recommend it.

This place was great! Maria was very kind, and had all sorts of snacks and drinks available for guests. I also loved her two dogs! The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's also walkable to many of the major attractions. Would gladly stay here again!

Hotel like apartment

The place is so-called hotel is actually an apartment that it’s rooms are being rented. The owner was acting like a landlord and the place had two dogs in it which was the reason of the hall had a bad smell. Other than that place is easy to find and cleaning was decent. Just make sure to check food’s due date in the kitchen.

Maria was a phenomenal host! Made us feel right at home with the welcome. As tourists, some of the most important things are access to snacks and water and Maria ensured that our stay had 24x7 availability of still and sparkling bottled water and anple snack options! Location of the guest house is perfect, with Colosseum in like its backyard (so close on foot!!). Everything else was walking distance! After a full day of roaming in Rome, we closed the day with a night view of the Colosseum on our way back. Several outstanding food joints, including some of the most famous Pizza restaurants in Rome! The suite in itself is nice and clean and feels like home. Its washroom was the smallest (for instance no bidet), but keeping in mind everything else t that was so awesome about this place, including Maria as the host, highly recommend staying at this place! P.S. This is a prime example of what great customer service should look like! Had a wonderful experience in Italy!

We had a great stay at Maria's guest house. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is amazing - within walking distance to many of the sights in Rome. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

Comfortable Guesthouse

The location is prime close to the colluseum and roman forum with lots of markets and restaurant. A great place to rest. Maria the hostess was really nice and welcoming.

I was only staying for one night due to a quick overnight layover. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with suggestions for places to eat or visit. The room was extremely clean and well located. Would come again if every in the area.

Great place, great host, great location

Booked two rooms for a family stay. Could not have been happier. Rooms were clean and comfortable, price was very good, location was perfect. Maria genuinely cared about us to ensure we enjoyed our stay and time in Rome.

We loved staying at Guest House Cavor in Rome. Maria was an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed for our night's stay, it was very clean and we loved the art on the walls! I have to mention the location as it was a great spot for our two days in Rome - it wasn't even 5 min walk to the Colosseum. Thank you to Maria again and we hope to return next year!!

Super séjour

Super séjour! Maria et ses deux petites chiennes sont adorables! La chambre est très propre et confortable. Un peu de bruit parce que ça donne sur la route mais tout à fait acceptable. Petit déjeuner en autonomie très très correct. Bonne situation géographique à un prix tout à fait abordable . À 700 m du Colisée et proche du centre historique. Proche des transports en commun.

Fantastic location and a very helpful and informative host, who is on the property to answer any questions one may have. She went out of her way to help me plan my visit to Rome. I enjoyed the stay so much that I booked the same place again on my return from Florence. I would recommend Guest House Cavour 278 to anyone!

Fantastiskt!

Perfekt läge nära till sevärdheterna. Rena och fräscha rum, sköna sängar. De fyra gästrummen har ett gemensamt kök där man får rå sig själv på frukosten och ta vad man vill från de ständigt välfyllda skåpen. Värdarna Maria och sonen Valerio var fantastiska och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Man kände sig verkligen som hemma! Här kommer vi definitivt att bo igen!

A most pleasant and practical address

Maria is a charming and so helpful hostess, her house couldn't be better located being so close to Coliseum and of very easy access, with super clean rooms and bathrooms. We came by car and ,as we couldn't park anywhere , she actually took the trouble to give us her own parking spot , this was more than kind. We loved being located so centrally in an old roman buidling and felt most welcome and secure. The old charming lift ensured that 4th floor wasn't an issue with luggages. Definitely a good address for a couple of nights in Rome.

Für uns pesönlich schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die man jede Zeit nutzen kann. Maria,gute Seele des Hauses, ist in der Hilfsbereitschaft unschlagbar!
