Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice shower with big rainfall showerhead or handheld. No kettle in the room but free coffee, tea, water in the lobby. Staff were friendly.

My room was quite poor, sometimes I get the feeling that when booking with hotels.com I get the worst rooms… TV didn’t work and room door was damaged, which is odd for a fairly new hotel. Spa was very nice though, recommend the wellness area!
