"The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very welcoming and helpful. The property is nice. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a musty smell in the room. I found that the loud humming of the refrigerator was preventing me from going to sleep initially but after I was asleep it didn't wake me up. The hair dryer in the room had a dirty residue on it. "

"Well there’s no smart tv and also the rooms haven’t been updated In a LONGGGG time. Extremely outdated but otherwise clean. I arrived at 2 am and unpacked only to find out the shower was clogged. So I had to repack and get a new room. They were quick in that so I can’t complain too much there. However the beds were not very comfortable. "

"The resort is in a fantastic location for anyone traveling with friends or family. Staff was super helpful. Only critique I have is the hotel cleanliness could of been a little better. "Other patrons were given free vouchers for breakfast, $17.99 is awfully steep.
We had a cockroach in our room (have a picture) told staff via text and they never responded back. We had 11am check out and the cleaning lady was banging on our door at 10:00am asking if we were leaving. "
