"Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken "

"Staff was great. Breakfast ok but very busy when we were there and food was only warm. Great coffee machine. This is definitely more of a hostel environment than a hotel and taxis from the airport are ridiculously expensive and difficult to hire. Taxi to cruise port was a tad more reasonable. I can’t honestly recommend this hotel despite lovely staff. "

"There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

"Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas...

"The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. "

"The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."

"Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving. If you didn't want that there wasn't another option."
