"I have mixed reviews. Location is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean. My room was on the smaller side for a king bedded room, but livable as its an older hotel. Bathroom was small. My rating is due to 2 things. It took over 20 minutes to check in. That's really unacceptable for today's standards. A second person finally came out to help. The second incident was at the bar. We were seated for over 20 minutes again and were completely ignored. We gave up and left."

"The bed frames are old so they aren’t safe. Dated hotel good for families and children. Good budget type hotel in good location to get to Colonial Williamsburg but for a budget price only. Nothing fancy here."

" When arrived, staff had no shoes on. When got to the room no shower curtain. There were no vents in the bathrooms… I was felt like I picked the wrong area for a hotel. Unhappy for the price paid. Said breakfast was included, first sign I saw in hotel was, no breakfast available at this time. Will not stay again."
