"Visited again in 2024 with my wife after a positive solo experience in 2018. Was worried about the recent negative reviews, but everything was as positive as I remember! Rooms were clean, the pool deck is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and approachable! There is also a nice lemongrass theme to the smell of the whole place that I really love! "My family of 5 recently stayed at Montigo resort and though we only had a short 2D1N stay, we had the most amazing time. The villa was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed all the facilities within the villa and around the property. But what sets the experience apart from other vacations we’ve had was the service. Every single staff member at Montigo we encountered was warm and helpful, attentive to our requests and going out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. In particular, staff members Felli and Andry helped us a lot during our stay and treated us with so much care that prompted my son to ask me if we’re VIPs. 😊 We definitely look forward to returning soon and once again like to say a huge thank you for the fantastic experience!!"
