"Nice clean room. Great breakfast. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and that was good too. Overall a nice hotel in a good location and it gives that fancy London feel."

"Staff member was helpful however, we left as soon as arrived as the place was falsely advertised. It was so horrendously small, my partner had a panic attack, you literally could not move. Shared toilet and bathroom which was not mentioned also. Had to climb into what i can only describe as a morgue. ..."

"The bathroom, bin had not been emptied when I got there. Had the room even been cleaned? I just used the bedroom bin instead. However, on the second day there was a small leak from the corner of the loo. It looked like it had happened before, due to a bit of mould on the sealant from the same place. ..."
