Property is neatly kept. Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was the only area that needs improvements. Towel rack and vents were covered in rust, toilet paper holder was not secured in the wall.

Had reservations set out a month in advance when arrived on property the room was no longer available. The rooms were also dirty. A lot of things weren’t working, and the staff had a very bad attitude and was very unhelpful.

Hotel staff were very accommodating to the issues we brought up. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and werent able to close the bathroom door because the toilet was too long. But your staff was great!

Room was decent size, but when they did housekeeping every day of our stay they just fluffed the bedding but didn't provide new or clean bedding. That didn't bother us, but did give us a good chuckle as the bedspread just moved around a prior to us stain. Hotel was a bit rundown, but the staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had and were prompt to respond. Super friendly people. Cats visited the pool area, as did a variety of frogs and things of the such. Decent stay for the price. Had coffee pot, fridge/small freezer, new towels daily, and bed was surprisingly comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations above and beyond. Besides them declining my wants of having an extra pillow only providing 2 for a king bed. It was great. The cost to stay doesn’t do justice definitely worth it! And they serve breakfast the staff is nice and respectful. Very good will stay again in the future!!
