"While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable."

"The woman working the counter was very nice coming in the evening even on a holiday. She even helped with where the fireworks were gonna be in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much noise from others around and there was plenty of parking. I stayed in the suites and the inn was next door. The pool is in the suites but I didn’t utilize it. The breakfast options were adequate for continental."

"The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note.
