"Only drawback is paying for parking. The hotel overall was very clean and the staff the helpful and polite."

"The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation. Because of this misunderstanding with the rooms I don’t think I will go back but you never know. "

"Sink and toilet have some tiny black stones. Had to rinse the sink but toilet black ring remained even affer a few flushes. ATM out of order and nothing in venting machine. At least venting machine refunded money."

"There was no bar in the room as far as I could tell. Front desk staff was very friendly. I did the valet parking, so yes, it was easy and they were quick getting my car when I checked out. Very pleasant stay. The bed was really comfortable. The room was nice and quiet."
