"Our room on the 29th floor had a view of the Petronas towers. The room was clean and we had two bedrooms. However, the bed in the second room was like a wheel in bed. Everytime I moved, it made a noise. I did not sleep well at all that night. Facilities are clean. Be mindful that you are in Malaysia and they like to use their bidets with extra splash so most public toilets are wet, even within the facility.
