Good for the price

Overall ok..the room is spacious but a bit worn out.Not a place for a honeymoon if you looking for privacy as you can clearly hear and see the neighbours room from the balcony.Good for a family weekend gateaway for the price.Bring a proper swimsuit for the kids if they want to go for swimming at the club pool.we had our dinner and breakfast at the town ..just 10mins drive from the chalet.

Nice tranquil resort for a short getaway from KL

Speedy check-in, room is adequate, however, we did notice that a toy under the bed, which means that housekeeping actually did not clean under the bed.

Peaceful, quiet, relaxing and close to nature.hj

Nice quiet family stay. Nice swimming pool. Badminton, ping pong and tennis facilities are good. Rooms are generally clean and nice. Overall, value for money and pleasant stay.

Nice chalet close to the lake

Quiet surrounded by the lake and greenery scene. Nicely designed swimming pool with activities such as badminton, gym, tennis and table tennis. A bit disappointing as boat cruise under maintainance. Chalets and facilities need to maintain. Friendly staff.

Very beautiful surroundings. Good getaway from city and be next to lake with water lilies. Room chalet was large and balcony was great.

Beautiful sanctuary but very poor service

Clearwater Sanctuary offers a quiet, peaceful and beautiful surrounding. However, the service and accommodation are disappointing if not arrogant. Contrary to what the resort claims, there were no archery, boating and swimming time was restricted due to a wedding reception. Feedback from friends suggests the resort tends to say there are all sorts of activities which are in fact not true. The rooms are also in need of maintenance. The cleaners try their best but our room has a hole in the ceiling due to a leaking air condition unit and the bathroom tiles were missing or coming off! The rooms are also poorly insulated from noisy neighbours. Parking can be an issue if it rains not only will you get wet but your car stand the risk of falling branches. The best way to enjoy the resorts is probably as the name suggest, play golf not stay there.

peaceful room

overall is OK, but i think...need some maintenance at the balcony and bath room The basin sink required the maintenance The balcony wood are broken and not safe for guest to seat outside. Overall stay are OK, except for need good maintenance. Nice place and calm environment
