Great service

One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff (in particular Ayu) were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Pool is great, beach is ok (continuously cleaned). Breakfast was generous and varied. Fantastic Hotel with 37 rooms spread throughout extensive, well kept gardens. Hotel is full of character buildings, curios and statues, harking back to an ancient Indonesia. Food was great. From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good.
