Staff here are always so friendly, hardworking and professional. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel that you are their number one priority. All this combined with idyllic surroundings and well maintained furnishings make for a wonderful holiday experience.

Great hotel, lovely staff, good food, bad WiFi.

Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful.

Lovely Hotel with great service and fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it.

Most beautiful, clean and unique beachfront resort in Lombok. We stayed at several other "high end" resorts in Lombok and this was the best. Tropical ambience, lush green environment all around, cool chill vibes, great food, exceptionally friendly staff. The beach itself isnt that great (black sand) but it was relativley clean at least compared tomother beaches nearby.

Perfect

This place is perfect. The room was beautiful and the most amazing view over the ocean. Gorgeous large, lush grounds and a spectacular infinity pool looking over the sea. The restaurant was great, lots of choices and excellent food. The staff make the whole experience so special. They are so friendly and welcoming and go so far above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing.

Great stay with great service

Overall our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff was amazing and especially the women in the restaurant couldn’t have been friendlier and better with our kids (1,5 and 4,5 years) which truly made the stay even better. Front desk was also great and accommodated for all our needs and asks without any fuss. The hotel is very relaxing and the location is beautiful with a nice beach and good snorkeling at your front door. The location is a little bit off of Sengigi but a taxi for about 30K IDR solves that. I wanted to give a full rating for everything but the rooms have seen their best days and are due for a renovation, they are good but no longer great. If one can look past that then this place should definitely be booked for Sengigi. If we ever make it back to Lombok I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.

Really beautiful hotel with amazing staff! The location is perfect for a relaxing and calm vacation. The staff is super friendly and helpful, extra shoutout to Dini (really hope I got her name right) who is something extra with a fantastic energy and positive vibe. Great food, very nice breakfast and nice wines. Way more beautiful and relaxing than other similar hotels in the area. A home away from home, would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Jeeva Klui. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious with outdoor shower, and the beach at the front was good for snorkelling. Watching the sunset each evening was a treat. I would highly recommend this property.
