"The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

"This was the worsr experience of our lives. This hotel was incredibly noisy, to the point that we had a terrible headache after the first night. The fridge was making horrible noises and there was some weird bubbling coming up from the toilet. The breakfast was horrible and the staff were unhelpful. Please dont stay here, it is completely overpriced and a horrible experience."
