Staff is the highlight. Although I personally didn’t care for the breakfast (my wife loved it) the staff went out of their way to accommodate in a friendly and professional manner. Malberry Suites is always our first choice in Cagayan! Thier staff is extremely accommodating! Always a nice stay!

the unit I was in had plenty of mosquitoes and roaches, it was not comfortable, I reached out to property owner, asked for a bug spray, and pretty much used up the whole can the whole time I was there. headboard was dirty and leaks in the bathroom.

I suppose management must change or the cooking staff. Maybe they spend more on kitchen and chefs etc. They may be cost cutting due ongoing constructions. But still not very very bad. Will try again after several months. Thanks
