"Our stay at this resort with our 2-year-old was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we were directed to the Level private check-in area, which was quite disorganized and messy. The check-in process took about an hour and a half, which was frustrating after traveling. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue. The floors did not appear to be properly cleaned, and I found hair in the shower that did not belong to me, which was concerning. In terms of dining, the buffet food was good and offered decent variety. However, we made reservations at the Mexican and Italian restaurants, and the food at both was underwhelming and did not meet expectations. Customer service was inconsistent. While some staff members were helpful, others made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them when asking for assistance. On a positive note, our son absolutely loved the splash water park—it was the highlight of our trip and a great feature for families with young children."

"Four buffet not good restaurants are ok nothing fancy but if you don’t have reservations they won’t let you access them . You go to the concierge to make reservations when you get to know and guess what there’s no reservations available until the day you leaving ( coincidence *) I guess The nature and the weather at the Caribbean is beautiful but service staff not friendly and check in and check out process take too long I’ll come to punta Cana again but not for this resort "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."
