"Nice place to stay"

"The room needs some maintenance improvements."

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"

"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"Traveled as a family of 4 with a 4 year old boy and 6 month old boy . Incredible service from our butler Senel , he is very kind , helpful and provides amazing service . He was so kind to our 4 year old and always made sure to chat with him. The Unique beachfront breakfast next to the beach club and unique beach area is an excellent touch . Very impressed with this hotel and the kind people who work there ."

"It’s a beautiful resource the food and the restaurant is amazing. The room is perfect clean and the pools are amazing too. I recommend hundred percent the hotel. I will book my next vacation with the resort. excellent five stars for me."

"The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming, bartender played good music and drinks, birthday dinner was great the steak was perfect and they surprised me with a birthday cake. Will definitely visit again"

"It a great property with a beautiful beach, well maintained grounds, good amenities, excellent staff. The food is OK but the choices are very limited and they also add sugar to yogurt and some juices which really doesn’t make sense. There are so many mosquitoes that I would definitely not go back this resort."
