"Even before arrival, Micheal was in conact with us. We stayed in condo 10. The condo was well equipped facing the ocean, no view but a short walk down the trail. (Pay attention for king tides, turns the trail into a bit of a marsh so wear hip boots). The property is well groomed and maintained. Even in December the grass was mowed and looked healthy.
