Room was in good condition. Staff was very courteous and nice. But the elevator was not working right. Then breakfast was very limited. The juice machine was not working. Coffee was cold you had to warm up in the microwave. First morning only sausage and eggs. Not enough bread products. Hardly any yogurt. No fresh fruit at all. 2nd morning about the same except for addition of hard biscuits and flavorless white gravy. 3rd morning about the same except the addition of hashbrowns but not enough for everyone to get one. And the person who was on duty could not be found. So I think you need to improve your breakfast especially how much we pay to stay three expecting a good breakfast. Our stay was Dec. 23 to Dec. 26, 2025.

I stayed in Room 120, and unfortunately my last night was very uncomfortable. The guests in Room 122 were extremely loud—constantly coming in and out, slamming their door, and arguing in the hallway. At one point they even hit my door, and it sounded like they were throwing things against the wall. I could also hear a baby crying from another room. the noise was waking up children during the night. This went on until about 2:30–3:00 in the morning. Because of all the disruptions, I didn’t get much sleep. Other than that, the room was clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I hope the hotel can address this kind of situation in the future so guests can have a peaceful stay.

Book the room!

Spacious room, comfortable beds, convenient location, hot breakfast, pool, and friendly staff. Overall a good stay and I’d book again for future accommodations. *$50 refundable incidental fee- which I just like to include so others are prepared in advance.

My first room had hair in the bed and stains on the fitted sheet.. after moving me to an updated sweet the room had low lighting and 3 of the four lamps were not plugged in and one of them had no lightbulb.. the rest of the room was fine and the staff was quick to try and resolve the issue. It was a decent experience and I was able to charge my EV no problem over night. Given the same budget in the future I may consider staying here again.

Don’t stay here

I stayed here for work. After a long drive across the state I arrived at midnight. The guy at the front desk was super sweet and went above and beyond. I get to the room get in bed and think I see something in the bed with me. I get up and I don’t see anything. I get up at 5am head to work. I get off work at 1am and drag into the room and crash. The next morning I wake up and there are baby roaches climbing all over the night stand and TV. I’m now paranoid that I may have brought a critter home with me. Don’t stay here unless you want to take a friend home with you. On the plus side the customer service part was great!

Comfortable and Great Value

I was surprised how comfortable the beds were and clean it was for such a good price. The breakfast was standard but good with eggs, waffles and hash browns. Will stay here every time I'm in town.

Best Smelling Hotel Ever!

We came to Bay City to spend some time at the beach . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. The security doors did not work with key access but other than that we really enjoyed our stay! This is the BEST SMELLING hotel I have ever stayed in! I will stay here again!
