"Rooms are newly renovated, but we find them dark. Had a closet, but no hangers! It is quiet unless you have an adjoining room with loud neighbours. Many options for amusing yourself, if you don’t want to leave (ie: snowstorm). Restaurant, and snack bar/deli for meals, also a bar which serves some foods. Entertainment on some nights, and a pool and exercise room. Also.. the casino, thankfully non-smoking! "

"Our last day and night the property lost power- there was no power for anything. We reached out through the properties contract information via the only way we could since there was NO staff on site and no one ever responded!!! 😡This meant no power for any kitchen items - refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, no lights at all, NO heat and nighttime temperature was 32 degrees. It still would be nice to get a reply from the property management! We left in the middle of the night when room temperatures fell to 45 degrees. We stumbled around in total darkness using the headlights from our car to shine in the door of our room. Still want to hear from property management!!"

"I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again."
