"For the location, price and room size, the hotel was excellent. I was worried about the reviews I had read about it not being a 4 star but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately stay again. The staff were so nice , helpful and friendly.
The mattress was nice. The pillows not so much. They have a courtyard which is nice. All in all the stay was very positive for my family and I"

"In addition to the room which was wonderful, the food and drink at the pub was enjoyed amongst a neighborhood setting. Staff was super helpful and nice."

"Il giudizio sarebbe 5 stelle, ma un paio di cose portano le stelle a scendere a 4. Primo: il lavandino del bagno è microscopico, capisco l'intenzione di mantenere lo "stile british" ma non ci stanno neanche le mani! Secondo: la mia stanza (n. 3) affacciava direttamente sul beer garden e, nonostante i doppi vetri, il chiasso era piuttosto fastidioso. "

"Das Frühstück ist relativ übersichtlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und für Londoner Verhältnisse von angenehmer Größe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhige Wohnlage, 10 min fußläufig zur nächsten Tube, 20 min zur Paddington Station. Das Essen im Pub ist hervorragend, kann auch auf's Zimmer bestellt werden. "
