"I would have given 5 stars if not for valet parking . Waited for almost an hour for my car , followed up 3times with the valet staff , and all he kept on saying was “it is coming in couple of minutes” . Apparently, the ticket got lost or misplaced. Unbelievable.. Very disappointed . "

"Where do I begin? The staff is friendly. Location is convenient. Beds comfortable and sheets were very nice. Pets are welcomed, which is wonderful. The housekeeper cleaned our room after 1st night stay. Pleasant surprise. With that said, As you initially walk in, there is a strong odor of cherry fragrance and a fan blowing near the entry way. I never noticed the fan until the next day. We stayed on the third floor and as soon as you got off the elevator, ALL we could smell was a strong odor...

You would wake up early morning from the sound of the cleaning cart going over above your room it’s so loud. The pillows were small they looked like throw pillows not regular ones you’d sleep on, the staff was really sweet and the air conditioning worked well! The breakfast was really simple pancakes, yogurt...

"A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."
