"Hotel is clean and modern and restaurants are convenient however the adult pool on the roof as nice as it is I was unable to get a lounge chair and had to have my personal belongings out on the pool deck. Quite a few guest stated that they purchased day passes and I believe that is why the chairs were unavailable to enjoy the area comfortably."

I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team."

"There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors."
