"The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. Also make sure the front desk has manners. They are the very first people we see when we come into the resort. They should be welcoming and smiling, with positive attitudes. You know warm. Don’t have a nasty unwelcoming attitude. Go work somewhere where you can be hidden and not with guests if your like that. The very first girl we dealt with was like that when we tried to see if we could possibly check in earlier. Samantha was excellent, and the girl with the heart glasses was kind. But the first girl, needs to work somewhere else. "

"Very friendly staff, a lot of extra charges, surprisingly for parking on their lot - not open about free parking across the street, plumbing in the room was leaking. The coffee machine was only accessible for a couple of hours a day. "

"Great location, better weather, even better staff. The amenities, pool beds & rentals were easy to reserve, the food was expensive but very good & the bungalows are breezy and cool. I will absolutely be coming back here for my next stay in San Diego"

"Greetings... Stayed with you "again" from 3-3 to 3-7. Would like to give you some compliments & as well as a few issues... * First off, love the location of your property in Pt. Loma!! * General area is very walkable without a car. * Room #110 was perfect. Close to breakfast & the ice machine/laundry. * Additionally, room was on the ground floor as I requested (my knees thank you)!! * Love the shower head & water pressure. * Microwave & frig are a welcome bonus & appreciated. * Bed was comfortable & I love all the pillows!! * An actual "bigger" screen TV which was another bonus. * Thank you for the "welcome" gifts at check in time. * The female desk clerk who checked me in around 2:00pm was FABULOUS!! * Check in was professional & quick/easy. * Since I was working in the room during the day for my entire stay, I appreciated the "quiet" atmosphere!! * Also appreciated the return of my $100 deposit "much sooner" than during past stays!! Now for some issues: * The entrance door latch needs to be secured better. It's loose. * Light bulb over the coffee counter needs to be replaced. * Bathroom sink drains very slowly, so It needs maintenance. ***Main issue of concern: WIFI...Throughout the week, WIFI would disconnect often. "We had a room with 2 queen beds, microwave, TV and frig.We stayed 1o days it was a very good price . Quiet despite on busy road. Staff very pleasant and took care of our every needs. Rooms modern decor, clean, comfortable beds. Shower excellent and lots of towels and pillows. Handy restaurant on property. Nice safe parking and great location."
