"I was disappointed in the first room on the first floor and everyone was carting their luggage in front of balcony so was akward but i loved the set up of first room, Roberto was kind and moved us up to 4th floor but the room was different and no coffee bar with table in it and the bed wasnt as comfy as first room. The view was great and staff were very helpful. Didnt like the hefty expense on valet and had to walk pretty far to get to pools. Will stay again when the property is completed so...

"The reviews on this place are highly misleading. Cleanliness was not up to par we had to switch rooms because the first room had hair on the towels and someone else's rubber bands on the floor, bathtub was disgusting in both rooms, showered with my slides on. Sheets and towels were tough and stained, there was left over trash on debris under the beds. Parking sucked. Spots were so tight, our rental even got hit during the night. Day staff was friendly, night staff was extremely rude. Will never...

"Loved the pool and garden areas. Comfy loungers with cushions & no problem getting them. We made use of the free bikes & rode along shelter island. The food in the restaurant was very good, but there were also other good restaurants nearby. Room was a little dark, but overall a great place to stay with a holiday vibe."
