"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. "

"The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"
