"Car parking excellent, the concierge Billy was excellent, enthusiastic and helpful and our room was ready early so great start. It was raining heavily so we popped back to the hotel at 3.30pm to dry off and grab a glass of wine - sorry the bar was shut - so I walked to a supermarket in the rain. Later after eating elsewhere we decided to go back to the hotel for a night cap - the bar was shut - it was 9.15pm. The extra star gained by Billy was more than cancelled by the 'can't do' attitude at reception re the bar. We also had to wait at breakfast. It is well located, comfortable and smart but the strange bar hours would stop me booking again."

"The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The speciality coffee was made to order individually for each of us and was delicious. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the lake and very near a grocery store. Would definately stay here again."

"To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time."

"Good point; 1. The location was close to the train station (walkable). To be improved. 1. Unpleasant odor of the bath room. 2. Several big dents on the bathroom door."
