"Great location, hotel condition overall. Our only issue was the internet connectivity was bad. Our phones and laptops kept locking up and glitching. We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end. If your at this hotel with important internet connectivity requirements you may want to consider this."

"Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "

"Room was ok but we had an awkward person who was not staying at the hotel try and join us at the bar. Completely awkward and disappointing. "

"Nice, modern hotel convenient to Lakewood and Tacoma. Breakfast was okay, but not the best I've seen at a Comfort Inn. Staff was nice and helpful. "

"The pool was closed in May, and the experience would be better if we had access to the lounge. You have to pay extra for that. For the cost of the hotel, more amenities ahould be included."

"Could not check in without being told by police to go elsewhere. My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place. Hotel manager has yet to return our messages left over 24 hour ago. If you value your car and safety don’t stay here. It’s not a clean or safe neighborhood at...

"Loved it! Stayed for one night, the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! "

"Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible."

"Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear."
