"Don’t get me wrong, the suite was just wonderful. The room I booked overlooked the sea and I slept to the sound of waves. Gorgeous. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 for the staff was the young man who checked me in first night. He was absolutely lovely!! They need to just have him and him alone at the front desk. The cleaning crew were also very nice and greeted me when they saw me, they were way nicer than the rest of the front staff. Not that they were rude or anything but not warm either. Maybe it’s a Cretan thing because that’s exactly how most people were around the island. One of the staff even asked me if I was staying there when I made an inquiry regarding breakfast!! I’m sure the hotel has a reason for this but I know what that question meant. Overall, the hotel itself is absolutely lovely and right by the water!"

I liked the location directly opposite the beach, there are no Sun loungers but hotel will provide a beach towel but it’s quiet and not touristy. A few lovely restaurants & supermarket all within 10mins walk and the main town 20/25 mins walk away. Hotel has a small pool. Bus station is 10mins walk if you wanted to travel around."

I was walking distance from the KTEL bus station and close to where the tour buses pick up for excursions (diagonally across from Church of the Four Martyrs near the parking lot) and a lot of great restaurants like Stella's Kitchen (i recommend getting there before 1pm). The host was very attentive no matter what time of night. I give this place 10 stars 😊😊😊"
