"We have stayed in various 5 star hotels, none compare to Borgo Vita Novella. What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. "Deben trabajar el desayuno. La seccion de huevos fritos, revueltos etc no estaba caliente. No habian tostadas ni tostador para el pan. Habia que reclamar el café al servicio, por favor pongan cafe y leche para que el huesped pueda servirse exactamente el cafe como lo quiera sin tener que dar mil explicaciones y recibir cualquier otra cosa. Yogurt griego y avena no hubiesen estado mal tampoco."

In corso i lavori per la ripresa stagionale, si tratta di un hotel a conduzione famigliare e siamo stati trattati con il corrispondente calore. La camera pare oggetto di recente restyling ed è molto pulita e silenziosa. La chicca è il lunghissimo balcone interamente vista mare. Colazione standard."

"La camera era pulita, si vedeva il mare come da descrizione ed era in generale molto comfortevole e piacevole. Unica problematica erano le tende per coprire le enormi vetrate, scomode e un po' cheap. Inoltre, la cura nei dettagli dell'arredo e in generale delle rifiniture potrebbe migliorare parecchio."

"This hotel is in an old palazzo, refitted to be small apartments. Ours had a bedroom and kitchen with a table for four. But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing special compared with others we had on our trip. But the real issue is Ispica. There is nothing to recommend the town... limited sites and restaurants.
