"Family Weekend Grandma and Grandpa booked three rooms for our 3 children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren, 2 dogs, and us. It was better than we expected! We didn’t have time to use the two pools or hot tub, but we did use the playground, fire pit, and supplies (including s’mores!!) by the lake! Dinner in the restaurant had wonderful service, as well as food! Though we hoped to check in early, we had a fun time waiting at Castle Danger’s welcoming and beautiful backyard patio/garden in the sunshine. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family!"

"The space was clean although there was a dirty fork in with be clean utensils so we re-washed everything. Nice location. Parking is separate from the building/no skyway and a separate charge just be aware. It’s close and easy to navigate though."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean when we got there, however, we didn’t receive room service on the second day. Loved the s’mores station each night. Very conveniently located. Great view of the harbor, we ate supper out on the balcony each night we were there."

"This is exactly the kind of place we love to find when traveling. It’s a small, family-run roadside motel with just a handful of rooms, and you can tell it’s well cared for. Everything was very clean—from the bathroom to the bedding—and after a long day, that’s what matters most. The location was fantastic and made getting around really easy. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and simple, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and having a small fridge and coffee maker in the room was a nice bonus. While the property has a more classic, nostalgic feel, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would absolutely stay here again. It’s easy to see why it’s often fully booked."
