"Super amazing at check in. Just a surprise $12 day parking fee not reflected through Expedia but no buggy. Front seat share all amenities, pool, breakfast (included and delicious) and they even had a state park pass we could borrow to hit a beach with! Coffee and cookies in lobby always, will stay again!! Right downtown to walk to local restaurants and shops and on the water"

"I’ve stayed here many times and loved the place. This trip however was night and day. I had two queen beds but only two towels in the room. My buddy didn’t even have soap in his room. I stayed 4 nights and not once did they come into my room to clean. Really hope this is not the quality going forward."

"Beautiful property near riverfront. Our cabin was definitely tired looking but really large. There was mold in shower and the breakfast was not good. However despite these issues it was a good stay."

"I actually didn’t even end up completing check-in. There was a line a mile long to check in at a kiosk and each person took a very long time. There was no actual staff on sight to help. The lobby looked like it needed tremendous updating. As I was waiting in line for close to 30 mins to check in and still several people in front of me, I noticed the reviews about bugs in the rooms, mold in the rooms, stains on sheets, etc. I left without checking in and requested a refund through Expedia....

"The Oasis literally was, an Oasis from the high-priced area hotels in Beaufort. I only needed a one-night stay, and The Oasis was half the price of its competitors. I didn’t need a pool, there are literally two dozen restaurants up and down the street within walking distance - this was a great location to park and sleep. The hotel manager asked more than once if he could help me with anything, and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The Oasis was a great choice - I’d stay there again!"

"Desk clerk very surly-no breakfast-no coffee- neither bed lamp worked-feet were black from walking on filthy floor-sheets had sand or crumbs in them-Security lock on door had half missing-two very thin towels and bath cloths- (could literally see through them)-No room phone-no clock-TV had only basic cable-AC leaked water on floor- I would stay in a tent in the rain before I would stay here again. Tried to think of a positive to report -(Ice machine worked) Do not stay here"

"We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff."

"We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!"

"I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back.
