"Clean room, excellent location view onto the mill/river Avon. Only downside was the smell from the bathroom which was reported and action taken by staff promptly but still had the issue however was given a air freshener. Continental breakfast was nice and welcoming. Great views and would come back for sure (in the same room 123).Car parking available but tricky if returning from day out in evening due to tight space's to manoeuvre your vehicle into the spaces available. otherwise will be back...

"Nice room on the ground floor, although large window looked directly out onto a busy carpark, meaning everyone could see inside the room - perhaps some shades would help. Wi-Fi a bit iffy. Staff very nice and and meal in the evening was excellent."

"Everything about this stay was perfect. Firstly the hosts were nothing short of incredible, very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, everything you need for a couple night stay. The food was amazing, we didn’t eat anywhere else because we knew the food was always going to be to a high standard and it was delicious. The dog was welcomed by everyone. "We received a warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival, and were given a full run down of our room and the amenities. The honestly bar is a great idea and although we didn’t use it, it was good to know it was there. Breakfast was perfect, lovey, high quality produce all served by friendly staff. City centre was a 10-15 minute stroll and easily accessible. A lovely stay would definitely return. "

"The staff in the bar and at check in were super friendly and helpful. The room was really lovely. Roomy, comfortable, good size tv and large en-suite bathroom. Quiet, warm and lovely biscuits in the room. Best of all the mattress was soooooo comfortable. We had lunch in the bar which was yummy too. Would highly recommend staying and eating at The Tawny Owl.
