What a wonderful hotel

Excellent experience

This was our second visit in two weeks. We were initially attracted to it because of the outdoor heated pool which did not dissapoint. The staff were helpful, courteous, polite, professional. The rooms immaculate - very relaxing. We had food on the second visit - dinner was perfect, breakfast, likewise. They seem to get everything right here. We look forward to visiting again - very, very soon.

Great Hotel, excellent staff

Excellent hotel staff work really hard and are helpful, hotel for an old building is very well maintained and cleaned, grounds are lovely but need a bit of TLC, Heated swimming pool was excellent and will be a joy in the summer, will definitely be returning soon

Only stayed for one night so didn't have a chance to properly experience the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the pool looked amazing - sadly I didn't get a chance to go in! Breakfast was good too

Beechfield House excellent stay

Beechfield House was lovely the service was outstanding and a great location for exploring. We found the hotel lovely and clean and a real delight. I asked for a birthday cake as an extra which was sorted out for our arrival. Our bedroom was decorated in a country house style and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Great location. Excellent customer service. Lovely English breakfast. Top quality bed linen and towels. A little updating in the bathroom required. Such great potential, garden around the lovely pool is in need of attention as looking tired. WiFi not great. Will be staying again.

Fabulous boutique hotel with a great, friendly team. Lovely heated outdoor pool, dog friendly and great food. This was the second time we’ve stayed at the Beechfield and will definitely be returning.

Lovely grounds

Our third visit here. We love the grounds and location close to Lacock. Breakfast was a little slimmed down this year and we were informed a latte cost an extra £5. I think there needed to be a drinks menu at breakfast informing if drink options and surcharges. More local produce would have been nice. There were unfortunately some works outside our room which meant our room had a pungent drain smell. We did report to staff but they bought really offer any contingencies. Overall a lovely stay but a few slightly underwhelming features this time that made it hard to justify the price point
