"Was dirty stains on the carpet stains on the cover of the sofa bed. It had a binge smell to it whispered for breeze in there couldn’t shake the smell. I just kind of lingered there. Bathroom door did not close and secure so you could not lock it it could just be pushed open at any time as they didn’t lineup to even close iron was broken. Phone wouldn’t dial out amenities. "The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about."

"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."
