"The decor of the rooms is somewhat outdated and needs some updating. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The airconditioning in the room was good ---but the blower was noisy. The coffee maker at the free breakfast was out of order and they served coffee in urns; which resulted in some wait time. Food at the breakfast was hot and plentifull"

I asked about a local map as there was not one in the carousel of brochures, she took the time to go on line and make one for us with the local attractions ! It would be nice if the hotel put some outdoor seating. we used the area near the shops as they were all closed but not sure if the businesses would appreciate (we did make sure to clean up )"

"Was given a room with a smelly bathroom. Switched rooms and whoever was staying in the room over was probably smoking (this is a non smoking property). Staff didn't seem to care too much about these issues when I brought them."
